It is the night before E starts his 1st day of school. Tomorrow I will be the cheerful mom, telling E how much fun he is going to have on his 1st day of school, cheering him on. But tonight I am sad, my Little Man is growing up. Oh how I am going to miss easing into the morning, hanging out with him in his PJ's. How fast his first 4 years have flown by. School is such a milestone, a sign of independence. I am glad for him (a little worried for his teachers), and I know that he will love this new era in his life. I too will enjoy a little time with just M. I won't know what to do with just one child at the store!!! Tomorrow I will be ready, camera in hand, leading him into his class, telling him how much fun he is going to have, but tonight I am a little sad.
