M continues to add to get christmas list daily. Today as we were riding to get E a Christmas song about Jesus came on. M spoke up from the back seat and informed me "Mama, all I want is Jesus for Christmas" thinking she was speaking about Jesus being in her heart I said "awh, M that is so sweet. Jesus is already here in our hearts." I should have thought that in her literal 5 year old brain that was not what she meant. She continues to describe a jesus that is soft like her Rapinzel doll, but that doesn't look like her doll because Jesus is a boy. I am sure I am losing a little in the translation but it was one of the funniest things she has ever said. I must say I have never seen a stuffed Jesus. This may be a tough one for Santa this year...
