S having a great race!!!Last Saturday we did our second road race. It was very windy and the route was much harder. I was glad just to finish, and realized I need to do a lot more training!! S had a great one mile race she improved her time from 13 min to 10:48. She has been working hard. It really is fun to do the races and just to compete against yourself to better your time every time you run. I have been trying to teach S that is what is all about. She may never cross the finish line first,(bless her heart, she has my genetics), but it is about doing your personal best every time you run!!
