Just Write!!!
It has been quiet a while since I have posted anything on this blog. Life is good, we are midway through a busy school year. Sydney finished her basketball season and Miah, Ethan and Miles are all signed up to play soccer. I am working more than I had hoped this prn job would be. At least 2 days a week, but we seem to spend every penny. Big decisions are coming up in the next couple of months. Praying about what the future of our family looks like and where that should be. Praying the God gives us clear direction. I am so behind on any pictures of any kind, so I will throw a few random pictures of this fall and winter.
Definitely a small collection of pictures. I need to do better for the next post!!!

Miles First Day of "Big School"
Getting ready with all his "gear"
Exhaustion has set in after the first day
My sweet friend who teaches at his school snagged this picture for me
More exhaustion
Goofing off with sister! So thankful my big kids will be
there to watch after little brother.
Back to school, Firsts and lasts
The start of school this year....This picture!!! Sydney began 8th grade (last year of middle school). Ethan started 6th grade (first year of middle school) Miah began 3rd and will start her first year in PC! Miles begins his first year of "big school" in kindergarten. This one year only, everyone is at the same school!! I better really enjoy it because it sure will not last long, and I predict next year my be very crazy. I so want to predict the future and have this education plan for all my children figured out. My children are so different and all have such different needs. I just have to trust in the Lord and know that one day, one semester, one year at a time the Lord will direct us as we seek HIS plan for our children and their education. He has proven faithful for nine years (I can't believe that I have a child who has been in school for 9 years) and HE will continue to show himself faithful.

My youngest and My oldest
I absolutely love this picture of Syd and Miles. We were at Disney and Miles was exhausted after a long day of rides and crowds. He fell asleep on one of the rides and Syd carried him off in her arms. I love the fact that I have "littles and bigs" and I love watching how my children take care of each other. Syd is such a help to me. We are gradually moving into the stage of life where Sydney is taking in more and more responsibility. Some of that responsibility involves helping me take care of her siblings. She is always so willing to help me with Miles. Don't get me wrong, we are not without conflict among all of these kiddos. Some of our moments I would rather forget, and I pray they learn to treat each other with love and respect. Everyone once in a while I capture a moment like this and it makes my heart forget all the difficulties.

Spring Break 2015
Last minute spring break trip to the mountains with the kiddos and friends. We had a great trip. Didn't get pictures of the bonfire or the Blue Ridge stop. All 7 kids were amazing. Tiredness has set in, but it is well worth it for all the fun we had and memories we made. Neat to have "big" kids that can hang with with us while we hike, shop, eat out and have lots of adventures, Well except for carrying Miles up and down 425 steps to see a waterfall. Such a blessing to have a sweet friend who will drag her kids with me on all this crazy stuff I find to do on the Internet. Lots of memories made. I've always dreamed of doing this kind of stuff with my kiddos.
